Mandate of Liberia Coordinating Mechanism

The Standard Terms and Conditions of all Global Fund Grant Agreements vest Liberia Coordinating Mechanism with the legal authority to coordinate the submission of all proposals and to monitor the implementation of all activities financed by the Global Fund.  Further, Principal Recipients (PRs) are legally obligated to cooperate with LCM and be available to meet with them regularly to discuss plans, share information, and communicate on program-related matters. PRs are also legally obligated to provide program-related reports and information to the CCM on request.

The mandate of the LCM is to execute the aforementioned legal obligations with respect to all Global Fund Grants awarded to Liberia.
