Mrs. Paulina Doe Hilton, Head of Secretariat of the Liberia Coordinating Mechanism (LCM) has published the 4th Quarter Journal of the LCM. The Journal, according to her, is meant to increase the LCM visibility and document progress.
The LCM Journal is a publication of the Liberia Coordinating Mechanism of the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, TB, and Malaria. It is published by the LCM Secretariat’s Communications Unit headed by Y. Solomon W. Watkins.
